Workshop: Khadijah carberry

Khadijah, a multidisciplinary artist, empowers you to reimagine possibilities and explore your transformative potential. Founder of Generous Waste, she helps you reshape your world by transforming waste into creative opportunities. Her work uncovers future possibilities within historical narratives, encouraging you to redefine your place in the world. Currently, she focuses on the colonial, economic, social, and ecological stories within our supply chains, listening to these legacies as calls for transformation.

This workshop invites attendees to map the supply chains and lifecycle of a single-use sanitary pad, uncovering the hidden ecosystem of stories and impacts tied to its production, use, and disposal. Through this exploration, participants will reimagine their connection to global systems, bridging the gap between everyday choices and their far-reaching environmental, social, and cultural effects.
